Thing is, the person he asked was the 1LT. Towards the end of my time in, my buddy and I had been on the ship longer than anyone else on board. We kinda had our own "dirty deeds, done dirt cheap" business on the boat. We pranked the O's and the E's equally. We even got the Captain a few times.
