At the time when I used them as a civilian, I was in the early stages of the Police Academy, and I saw a Moore PD. officer perform a felony stop on a car in the parking lot of 7-11 on 12th and Eastern I could see 4 people in the car. I was filling up my car and the driver got out and started to run, the officer was by himself and had to stay with everyone else. So I took chase, I chased him for about a quarter mile before catching him, I gave him verbal orders to stop and he did not so I tackled him. I had custody and control training so I was able to get him into my cuffs and waited for Moore PD to come. they thanked me and took a report from me, changed cuffs to give me mine back and gave me a ride to my car, and thanked me again.</p></blockquote><p></p>
