Canted front sight on AK

Anybody know of a good smith that could fix a canted front sight block on saiga AK? Or has anyone done the procedure themselves?

It is dimpled and not pinned. Will likely need to be drilled out and a new front sight block installed. I do not have another front sight block nor do I know where to pick one up or what could be modified to be used.

It's a Saiga .223 for reference.
