Has anyone purchased these to use for small tractors etc. What to look for when purchasing? Bad idea save my money? I’m getting tired of fighting rat’s every winter.
Just think of it like a giant ammo can. Inspect seals and hardware. Look for rot in the decking, which would indicate possible leaks, and check for rust everywhere. If possible, get on top and check the rust there as well.
Buy a nicer one or a one tripper.
They will rust around certain areas.

Go for wind and water tight if you don't want to pay for a one trip one. We keep kubota, 2 atvs and feeders in our 40'. There are high top ones too with 9 1/2' height, doors on each end, doors on sides ...
I have been wanting to get a 40' but the problem im running into is finding a company that will deliver since once they leave the roadway i dont have a hard surface for them to drive on. So if anyone has a place they have done business with that will work with someone feel free to leave me some info either here or in a pm.
In tulsa area VETBOX/C-Rash construction moved mine off road. He has a 4x4 truck. He was cheaper than the only other company that I found that moves containers

I am in the market for a 10ft one set up like a jobsite office.
When I lived in Colorado I had 2 of the 20ft and was going to use them as superstructure to build a house. I have a great design in mind but land prices and water restrictions made me cancel plans. I paid $1800 each when I bought 2 at once.

If you get one that closes up tight, you can get condensation inside
Twisted S containers in Choctaw are great people to deal with. You can purchase from them or they will move a private purchase for you.
Get them up off the ground.
My BIL bought six of them over ten years ago,,,
He put some of them off the ground,,,
The ran out of concrete blocks.
In just a few years the "grounded" ones had started to rust out,,,
The ones up on blocks are still going strong.
