We done the meat only for 30 days. Stay away from grains, potatoes, pasta, rice, breads...... no beer.


After the 30, slowly added back FRESH vegs.

Lost weight and felt good. Finally, added beer and occasional potato.


When Wif got sick, meals were whatever she wanted. Reverted back to old diets and packed on some pounds.


Started this month working back. No bread, cut potatoes, no processed food.
