Look into Dr Shawn Baker and Dr Ken Berry. Dr Baker was on rogan and at the time of the interview he was on carnivore for a year. Dude was a body builder. He said he’s never felt better than when he was on a full carnivore diet. And he could afford the bloodwork and his blood work/cholesterol/etc were all good. Elevated cholesterol levels immediately after eating but they would level out shortly after.</p></blockquote><p></p>
