Carpet Cleaning - any deals on one room?

So I am getting ready to replace the flooring in my house, save for the living area that has newer (less than 10 year old) carpet installed. I just need the one room cleaned.

Any here have someone they know who is good, and won't charge an arm and a leg for one rectangular living room ( approx. 12 x 20 by my eyes)?

I am in midtown Tulsa.

Buy a carpet cleaner?? I have one and use it a few times a year till i can get wood throughout. Might check the phone book seems like i remember seeing a stanlee coupon for $99 for a room and hall or something along those lines.

We've used Bob with Bob's Carpet Cleaning for years and he's always done a great job for a reasonable price. You can't miss him, he drives a bright turquoise van.
