It might be pretty good in a home.'But I will say, the prep is the worst part of doing stained concrete, first you have to remove carpet and tack strips. That is the first sucky part because usually the tacks will pull up chunks of concrete, then when you are done you have to patch the holes and let them set before you can move on. Next you have to scrub the floor really aggressively to open the pores of the concrete. After that you apply the stain just like paint with roller and long handle, then wait an hour and apply however many additional coats you want. Then have to let all that set for a couple hours and then sweep again before putting sealer on, then  add several coats. The worst part is after all is done, you have to wait minimum of 48-72 hours before putting furniture back on it. But the end result is beautiful and very durable floor...</blockquote>
