Walgreens will not accept it as a state I.D. Dollar general won't Walmart in Shawnee won't.
Well, you can sure use it to vote with. Not sure why those stores would disallow it. Why would you need an ID at Dollar General or Walmart?
Those stores probably have a list of allowable photo ID's to include: Drivers License, Military ID, State issued ID card... Most likely State issued Handgun License is not on that list.
I've never had to use an ID at Walmart, except once when I bought beer or cough syrup in the self checkout lane. No reason to ever go to Dollar General.
