These are clearanced to $32, 50% off the price Walmart dot com shows them for, and the only comp I found on page 1 was $45+tax shipped on eBay.
Maybe they're a good deal, maybe not but they're heavy.
There were 4 on the shelf.

Snagged one of these pig targets at WM today for $22.50, and an 8" gong for $13 on clearance. There was a thread on here where someone got the gong for $10 at one local WM...can't find it.

I didn't pick up any pig targets but I picked up a few of these prairie dog targets on sale for $11.50 each. 3/8" AR500 steel so I can shoot magnum cal. at them.
