He had the rifle tagged at $245 bucks. She paid $150 because that&#039;s the max I would pay for a run of the mill mosin.) - same guy tried to use the &#039;no paperwork&#039; as a selling point. When she told him that I had a C&amp;R so paperwork wouldn&#039;t be a problem any way, he actually acted like he was offended. Indiscriminate sellers are going to cause this loophole to get closed, causing heartache for the rest of us.
