Failure to comply within the allotted time of (2) years would irrevocably incur the penalties and should the consequences previously listed, and access to legal relief in the courts would be forever prohibited.....* The only exception the Traditional Judeo-Christian Name Mandate (as I hope it will come to be called) would be granted to members of recognized Native American Tribes so long as sufficient convincing evidence can be provided to demonstrate that the names chosen among those who qualify for the exemption are both traditional and gender specific for the sex determined at birth.
