Winchester Model 94 lever action, caliber .30-30. This is a Pre-64 Model 94 (prior to design modification to reduce production costs), serial number 18495xx dates to 1952. This rifle is in very good condition and shows signs of light use over the last 70 years. You can estimate the bluing on the barrel, tube and receiver from the photos. There are shallow scratches in the loading-gate side of the receiver shown in picture. The stock & forearm is in good condition, with some wear expected over its age. Bore is appears bright with sharp edges in the lands. 20” inch blued barrel with fixed front hooded sight, and adjustable rear sight. Tube magazine holds six rounds and has slight scratches in the underside shown in one picture. Walnut stock and forearm and checkered steel buttplate.

This rifle has been in the hands of one family since bought new, passed from father to son (now diseased). His widow does not recall her husband ever firing it after his father passed it down to him. Buyer will be the third owner, after father and son.
