When labor costs were cheap and there were always people looking for work (especially teens looking for a part time job) full service was cheaper because the labor costs were less than the insurance costs. Now that they're struggling to find people willing to pump gas for pay, the gas station owner's lobby has changed their tune on self-service.</p></blockquote><p></p>
