No, just don't park on school property. It would be easier to walk across the street then drive home. Downside is you might have to carry your tools farther. I carry 99% of the time. If I have to go to a school function. I secure my firearm in the car & park off campus. If you are worried about theft, get a lock box that locks to the frame under your front seat. Life is full of compromises. I NEVER let these little rules influence me into NOT carrying. Same story at work. Its locked up in my vehicle. As soon as I'm back in the car, I'm carrying. If you are going to carry everywhere you legally can you need to invest in a lock box for your vehicle. That way you can secure your weapon in your vehicle those few times you can't carry. A school is the only place you cannot even have it in your vehicle. Like I said its easy enough to park across the street. Govt building you just can't carry inside. Secured in your vehicle is OK. As for the gun buster signs, concealed is concealed. Worst thing that can happen is they think they know you are carrying and ask you to leave, if you refuse then its trespassing and its on you. Either choose not to give those places your business or ignore the signs and stay concealed.
