Suitable shelter for the local weather and combat conditions.
Protection plans.
Private communication devices.
Transportation.
Barter supplies.

Shut off the breakers.
Turn off the water main.
Stop buying gas.
Try to survive with only the above.

If it doesn't work out, work on your preps.

work on recruiting members for long term survival skills
establish plan encompassing both short term bugout and long term bugin and gathering of the group with a pre-set location.
create and maintain library of survival and daily living methodology on digital devices and paper (Your laptop, tablet or iphone won't last forever).
create and maintain caches of survival supplies from long term food storage, weapons and ammo, tools, antibiotics and other meds, seed stocks (including tobacco seeds for trade) and add some luxury items as you can.
Be alert to signs of collapse, don't wait untill the roads are crowded with refugees, begin your survival retreat in the early stages of the problem times.
