I took many a young Soldier to Combat and was never once worried about their abilities to carry their assigned weapon/weapons, but I also had some amazing Non-Commissioned Officers that would break their souls if they were stupid with their weapons as well. Direct supervision is key and the responsibility of everyone in the Military, there will not be a hardass Sergeant First Class looking over their shoulder if they screw up with their POW. That is a huge difference IMO...</p></blockquote><p></p>
