Meals cooked on pellet grill the past two evenings here at our place in New Mexico as a reward for a couple productive days working on projects.

Waiting for a few days with lower wind speeds to do some shooting. The wind speeds have been in the 20 to 40 MPH range the past few days - not very conducive to shooting. When the wind dies down I can only blame myself for any mediocre shooting.

Starting a midnight brisket to be delivered to a function by 3 pm Sunday. Thats 1 brisket cut in half. 16.4 pounds

My fan favorite, bread sandwich

Ingredients
-3 slices of bread (toasted or untoasted)
Optional
-Butter or seasoning of choice

Steps
1.Place a slice of bread on top of another slice
2. Top off with final slice
3. Enjoy
4a. Optional step slab butter in middle piece or season to taste.
