Blackberry watermelon wine? Dang that sounds good!

But the best part, if you get it just right with the alcohol content and still have a hint of giggly sweet left it has been known to melt a pair on nylon panties smooth off in a matter of hours. Women seem to love this stuff more than I do. Hey, when your as ugly as I am you need all the help you can get.

Oh, and you could have left that post up about the 30-30. I wasn't offended and Lord know I thought about leaving it be.

So this thread has gone toward wine making, i used to make wine. Wife finally started getting flushed in the face drinking it and every other wine, home made or commercial.
I think I have everything to make more.
Time to get it in the classsieds I guess.

Alarm went off for 165ºF on my brisket, got up to wrap it.

So this is a medium Prime brisket - it's been again in the cryovac in my drink fridge at work for... oh, 8-9 weeks or so now. Should be nice and tender.

Dedication, getting up at 0330 to play with your meat... it's already up to 182 now. I might get an hour or two more sleep before it needs to come off and go into the cooler to hold for this evening's men's group.

Hope it's edible. :blush:
