Kind of like potatoes. Love all of them with the exception of sweet potatoes.

My mom used to coat the spam slices in mustard and then bread crumbs, I think. Seems like maybe broiled them. They were pretty tasty, for spam.
Have you looked at Rancher’s Market in Elgin? I haven’t bought any beef from them, but I like that they sell some cheeses and sausage from Fischer’s Meat Market out of Muenster, TX. If you and the family are ever down around north central Texas, it would be worth checking out Muenster.That looks like some good stuff right there. I have, bought from them a few times. I asked about getting a beef tenderloin and they said they probably could and would look into it and call but never did.
I seem to get a lot of that here

Made bacon cheeseburgers tonight on the Blackstone. Blue & Gold Bacon and grass fed southeast Colorado beef. 10/10.
