Jackpricot Ham Glaze


Prep Time:
5 minutes
Cook Time: see below

Ingredients:

½ cup apricot preserves

½ cup honey

1¼ tablespoons cornstarch

4 tablespoons Jack Daniels

¼ teaspoon ground cloves

Preparation:

Combine all ham glaze ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat.

Heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly.

Spoon ham glaze over ham and baste during last 30 minutes of baking.


Makes 1 cup of glaze.

Made chicken fajita quesadillas on the blackstone tonight. Should have taken pictures but didn’t have a chance. They got devoured pretty quickly.

Just a heads up. I ended up with a box of these Bradshaw Ranch Cheddar, Garlic and Butter beef patties. I have now been marked safe from vampire attack for the rest of my life. I was burping garlic for 2 days after eating one. Would probably kill the wife who does not like garlic. Try at your own risk.
