Message: <blockquote data-quote="OKRuss" data-source="post: 4288676" data-attributes="member: 41777"><p>My Mom is turning 82 this weekend.  My wife is going to be out of town so we had Mom and my Aunt over last night for dinner.  Beet hummus with lemon zest for starter(pic is the aftermath).  Caesar salad with homemade dressing.  Chicken piccata over angel hair pasta with roasted beets(garden), carrots(garden) and butternut squash.  Finished with a pineapple upside down cake.  Had a semi-dry sauvignon blanc with dinner.  A more sweet Rose with dessert.  A few Sapporo while cooking!
