While I'm a bit skeptical as well, the Emisar D4 I posted above starts at $45 ($79.70 fully optioned the way I ordered mine). It's one of the highest quality lights I've ever handled, regardless of price.

I have an Emisar D4 Quad with XP-L HI 3A emitter, running on an Efest Purple 3000 mAh 18650 battery (about 4,200 lumens until overheat step-down). After melting the lining of my pocket and a mild 1st degree burn on my thigh, I reprogrammed the UI to momentary only.

Translation: be VERY careful with these cutting edge illumination tools, because they will absolutely melt stuff!

That Flashex flashlight should have a thumb safety and a grip safety and a trigger safety. It should always be carried unloaded until it is ready for use.

I have a couple of nitecore srt7gt, one is the first gen with 900 lumen and the new one with 1000 lumen. I really like the options, especially the fact that it uses a ring to change the modes not the tail switch. Here is a selection of various configurations.

No but it has some other features like blue, green and red LED's and a blue/red alternating flashing.
