Two truckers have recently filed a federal lawsuit in Minnesota, claiming among other things that their 2A rights are being violated as they are allowed to carry in some states and not others, even though they are legally licensed to carry in their home states, saying they shouldn't lose their 2A rights just because they cross a state line.
