Message: <blockquote data-quote="BikerHT" data-source="post: 2105125" data-attributes="member: 24483"><p>Don't know about county jails.  I worked at a state prison in Texas many moons ago.  Every cell, even the ones in ad seg/solitary confinement had a duplex receptacle.  Even before they outlawed smoking, but certainly after - those fools would continually burn them up lighting smokes.  I kept a running log, if I had to replace more than one per cell per month - I just turned off the power to that outlet and told them I was working on it.  I would leave them without power for a couple of weeks.  Never did teach them a lesson!</p></blockquote><p></p>
