That is service.  I had an issue with it that they have already addressed. One screw was over tightened and I had the head strip but more break at the top when loosening causing a piece of the metal to fly at my face. I e-mailed them and had a response Friday that they would ship me new hardware. Then today the owner (or his secretary) e-mailed me letting me know they would take care of me. Under promise, over deliver - and they definitely stand behind the product.</blockquote>
