I've been into Second Hand Rose here in Tulsa a few times drooling over CZs and today I lost the battle. I picked up a 452 Lux training rifle with the walnut stock. We had the beechwood stock version all but boxed up when we noticed the test target. The walnut version happened to have a better test target and that's all I needed to drive me to the next price level. Also picked up a 10 round mag for it. I'm off Monday and hope to be dingin' metal plates with it.

Oooo... Pretty. How does it feel shouldered?

Actually very nice. The Lux has the drop on the heel of the stock but CZ also offers the American with the straight stock. I wanted to use open sights and this stock places your eye in the correct place for those. The Lux models are very Mauser-like and even have a military type rear sight. Euro-cool!
