I was wondering if anyone could recommend any decent handgun courses in OK, for my wife and I? She has limited handgun experience, and I have shot them most of my life, but have never done any training. We have been wanting to go to Gunsite, but have not had the $$ or time to do so yet. Figured it might be better to start "small" on a local course first.

I have heard lots of bad reviews with the smaller outfits around the country, so figured some of yall might have some input. TIA

I haven't taken any other courses yet so don't have much by way of comparison, but I took my CC class and an intermediate pistol course from these guys, and I thought they were pretty good. Broken Arrow, OK. One of them, Jeremiah "Bars" Blasi also makes holsters if you'd happen to be looking for one.

Will Andrews, the training manager at Wilshire Gun in OKC does training.
Here's his website: https://pistolskills.com/

Double this.

Will Andrews is great, especially with new shooters. I've taken his courses in the past (when he was at H&H) and wouldn't hesitate to send any family member to him. The simunition shoot house he runs up at Wilshire is great too. I was lucky to get in on some of that.
