At the moment, I have NOT been impressed with their customer service. Kind of a sidebar to the thread, but their email response time is 1-2 weeks, and that doesn't guarantee a response that makes sense --- so if you have to send a follow-up you get to wait another week or two. That was on a simple warranty replacement. The other thing is that I ordered a conversion kit on my 550 for 6.5 Creedmoor because their website said I needed shell plate "M". After getting it and finding a plate "1" in it, and then about 2-3 weeks worth of emails back and forth because either A) Their website was wrong or B) they sent me the wrong part, it turned out that their website was wrong. So I'd ordered stuff I didn't need. Then they wanted me to pay shipping because their crappy website was wrong. Not a super good experience on first contacts with them after hearing so much good stuff. Thankfully the machine itself runs like a top for the most part. All that said, if you don't want to mess with it, then my suggestion goes along with @Cowcatcher where you could probably sell high, wait a bit and then have a fully funded upgrade.
