As mentioned in a separate thread, the grow facility is likely to go out of business. I’m hoping the recent 820 outcome increases the likelihood of that. If I get to buy the place (but not the business), will pursue a trust-worthy renter. If things get too sketchy, will sell and maybe buy elsewhere. Right now, the owner of the grow facility is a perfect neighbor as far as looking around goes.</p></blockquote><p></p>
