People gve it more credence because it was on Discovery, that is why I recorded it in the first place. Had it been on TNT I would have been more skeptical, but Discovery is supposed to be about science. It was well done, the characters were believeable, and there is a lot of truth in what they said- Orca whales are directly related to a species of wolf, Humans are naturally drawn to water, etc. Then there is the whole dolphin and man working together. That stuff is real. I still believe that at one point there was something like a mermaid, still may be, the pictures of spears found in sharks and whales are real. I just didn't appreciate being duped like that from Discovery. If it had been presented in a different manner, it wouldn't have had the same visceral impact though. I did enjoy it, I was certainly entertained.</p></blockquote><p></p>
