Bumping this thread because Cox continues to raise prices. I've been a customer for almost 30 years and they refused to work with me so they gone. I had tv, phone, and internet was never paying more than $200 per month. 2 months ago they had a price increase and my bill was $210 per month. Got this months bill and it went up to $248 per month.:cry3: Naturally I called and demanded the same price I was paying even accepting the last reasonable increase. Got transferred to their loyalty department and they told me they could give me a great price of $239 per month.:igetit: So I dumped them right then and went to best buy and bought mohu antennas and fire sticks. Already have netflix but added direct tv now. Its a no contract streaming service for $50 per month with 40 channels including Hbo and Espn's. Should have done this a while back.
