What impresses me is no wind. Now that 77gr bullet from his barrel may reach 3000 fps.. it is subsonic before 1000 yards.. it carries the path well as it goes into sub sonic. around 881 fps at 1400 yards probably less as the bullet loses BC the slower it goes.. and 133 energy at 1400 yards. Now that is as much energy as most 22 rim fires at the muzzle. With proper shot placement it will kill you dead. I agree with Dennis but you will need some math to find out all the numbers. I was flabbergasted the other day when I shot my .223 with 55 v max at 500 yards.. I thought yea right this flat base bullet will be all over the place no way will I hit that 18x12 steel plate. It did 8x better than my copper fouled .308. The .308 was a fail in grand fashion. 3 hits in a row with the .223 and a miss then 4 more hits in a row. Savage axis sporting a Tasco scope on the .223. I will no longer under estimate the little .223.
