I don't plan on going to Jurassic Park ,so I don't need one. I don't like recoil. A Ruger LCR .357mag has more than I want.

Video been around for awhile but it's still entertaining to see what the reaction of the shooter is to the recoil.
I love showing folks this video.

I do like SOME recoil. Somehow, it kind of pounds the tension out of me, and I feel more relaxed after a shooting session.

But this.... um, I dunno. There is definitely a "too much" factor....

I like that video. I still laugh when I see it. Reminds me of watching a new guy at the range shooting a 357 Mag 19 with the gun up by his face so he could see the sights. I tried to stop him by yelling cease fire but he got to "see-the-sights"

I have an A-Square rifle like that but its in .470 Capstick, it will shoot 600 grain bullets in the 2- 2250 fps range or 500 grain bullets about 2500 fps but the worst kicking rifle I ever owned was a .458 Win Mag built on a 98 action with a cheap Ram Line synthetic stock, it was pretty bad because it was so light weight and the stock was very slick.

Yeah, I'd do it. I still kick myself (no pun intended) for not shooting an 8 bore double rifle when I had the chance.

Part of the fun of big bore stuff is finding people selling a box of 19 rounds for half price...like they thought they wanted the gun, shot it once, and said HELL NO and sold it.
