Academy Sports and Outdoors carried Cold Steel when I worked there, but that was years ago.

I have owned several Cold Steel. I will say IMO they are over priced. The customer service sucks.

I am quickly becoming more of a spyderco knife guy. Though I like Kershaw USA made knives.

I LOVE my Browning black label tanto(no need for another atm). That being said I do have a cold steel tomahawk(love it as well), and have been itching to buy their scottish dirk.

From top to bottom: Cold Steel, Kershaw, Monarch. I must say that the pocket clip on the Cold Steel is something I need to get used to, it is on the point side. May just be a truck knife.

I have a Recon that I carry from time to time, it's a serviceable pocket knife but I like my least favorite Kershaw(probably my "Tone") better than my Recon.
