I had to look it up to see what it was. Whew, a little pricey but look like cool guns. The Wikipedia pic showed a 4 inch barrel but on gunbroker there are only compacts. All have bids and the cheapest was at 461 with a few days left. There is a factory gold plated one for 3245 or something crazy like that.

I'd buy one, but then I'd have to buy an HK P7 and a SIG P225 to complete the collection.

So true. But wouldn't t it actually be a P6? Correct me if I'm wrong on this. The only other gun in this class is probably the S&W 3913. Ahh, those were the days.

It looks kinda like an old P38. Is the P5 a modernized version? More streamlined so-to-speak? It looks like the P5 has a more angled grip.
