Also, 'protection' mostly protects one from the government but does also protect you from businesses and other citizens. Political speech is the most highly protected form of speech and i believe speech meant to solely incite is the least protected (things like 'fire in the crowded theater' and such) Obviously, there is a lot of grey area and overlap that some people will never agree upon.</blockquote>
