There is a major homeless route north of my house that is a trash trail to and from where they occupy places that do not belong to them. Being homeless does not give you the right to trash everything you touch. It is dangerous to kids in the area as well as pets. Several of us have cameras in the area around my block and we all watch out for each other. . It is trespassing and thievery unchecked and ignored by authority. It is not our job to deal with the issue , we elect people for these exact types of issues. Police cannot deal with it without the backing of city and state .gov. But the people that should be coming up with solutions just shirk the responsibility and folks who get tired of the crap get called heartless and worse like it is OK for this behavior and we should just shut up about it.</blockquote>
