This same travesty, sent handy-capped kids to schools, formed group homes, etc. so these liberal jerks would feel good, even though this did great harm to the poor mentally ill people involved! My wife was a Special Ed Teacher, and she had kids that were totally conmotise, and could not possibly  ever learn anything, in her class! These ridiiclous mesures sound good, but hurt the very people they are intended to help! and take HUGE AMOUNTS of TAX PAYER MONEY THAT COULD BE USED TO ACTUALLY HELP THESE POOR PEOPLE! JUST MY OPINION! POLITICALLY CORRECTISUM GONE WILD!</p></blockquote><p></p>
