All rescues are inundated and can’t take any more animals. No kill shelters are all on intake hold, other shelters are immediately euthanizing owner surrenders. I guess people who dump dogs tell themselves they are giving the dogs a chance. In reality they almost always consign the animals to painful deaths. The only way this cycle will stop is if people take responsibility and have their animals sterilized. I’ve come to the conclusion most people are too stupid to figure that out.</p></blockquote><p></p>
