Can I efile a form 1 through a trust that I am a beneficiary of?

I have scoured the web, and cannot find a concise answer. I was under the assumption I could, but would like any feedback to be confident on this.
Any help is appreciated

I'm no lawyer but, my OPINION is that

If it's stated in the trust that the grantor, and beneficiaries will be considered trustees and may posses any property of the trust, then you should be fine to use the trust name to file the form 1. You may also at that time want to keep a certified copy of the trust within your possession too.
