Is there anyone in Eastern OK that offers knife sharpening using the Edge Pro system?

I don't use the Edge Pro, but I have a paper wheel and live in Bixby. Gets my knives razor sharp. Let me know if you are interested in sharpening something. One knife we can sharpen in a few minutes and I wouldn't charge anything. If you have a bag full of kitchen knives or something we can work out a fee. Let me know.

If you are good with the paper wheels they are as good as anything. It's difficult to get a perfect grind if you want to do really shallow with the edge angle though.
