Edmond Santa Fe High School students honoring our vets...

I just had to pass this on. Edmond Santa Fe High School students are doing something great this week. It's called Double Wolf Dare Week. Each year the student body selects a recipient of a week long earnings of funds by daring other students to do dares for cash. This years made Md proud my son goes to this school. They chose "Warriors for Freedom". http://www.dwdw.org/Home_Page.html. This was chosen by the students, not the school. Maybe there is a bright future ahead and all is not lost. My son told me a corporation donated $100,000 to the cause. I just wanted to acknowledge this school and their students for honoring our Gets. Here is the webpage and their "Harlem Shake" video.

As Santa Fe alumni, I can vouch first hand for double wolf dare week, brings back so many memories!!
It's a great week that's a blast for the students and is always for a great cause. I'm proud that they continue to do it still.

Final numbers on the amount raised this week by the students for Warriors for Freedom...$251,000 and change!!! Great job for a great cause!!!
