I'm no expert on modern day gernades, haven't used one since '69. Do the modern gernades not have a"spoon" one can hold after the pin is pulled that springs frre after being thrown?

I'm not talking about the money denominations. I'm talking about the money still in the ATM machine that was not bolted down "sitting" outside that bank they "borrowed". THAT would not happen.

You can change the bill denomination identifier in the bins by moving a little magnet on the bin itself so yes, 100 dollar bills are possible.
