Three perps breaking into a house, this is surely the best reason for gun grabbers/haters to demand limiting magazine capacities to 7 rounds or less. :pissed::madbox::censored:

Three(3) perps = only three(3) rounds needed for self defense.

According to the latest news reports, the person killed was 14yrs old. The three suspects had tried to break into the house twice during the night. Two suspects are still at large. Police also don’t know, at this time, if it was the homeowner that fired the fatal shot.

According to the news release, in Oklahoma when a person dies in commission of a felony, other persons involved in the commission of that crime can be charged with murder.

Ok, I’m curious. One of you lawyer types need to answer this. This is a copy/paste from the article.

“Those submitting a tip could earn a reward up to $1,000 and will not be required to testify nor be identified.”

How can they use this information and NOT be required to testify or be identified?
