Unless the prosecutors can figure out a way to make that go away and not be presented to the jury, I predict we'll see them take this up to the last instant to pressure Ersland into a plea bargain. If Ersland's legal team holds tough (= has enough $$$$), the prosecutors will drop this rather than get an adverse verdict.</p></blockquote><p></p>
