Since I've mentioned her once or twice, here are a couple of videos featuring her. She's a retired Secret Service agent who was in their office in 7 World Trade Center and was on the ground outside the WTC when the towers fell (a story that she relates in the first video). She was later on the Presidential Protective Detail.
