Hardly "whirling destructive power" </p><p></p><p>Now, as far as terminal effects (Discounting the terminal effects related to the velocity and expansion, sticking to the rotational effects only). </p><p>Smack- Bullet impacts deer, nose opens as it pushes through upon the dense, wet tissue. Would rotation of the petals make a difference at 1 rotation in 10 inches (or 5 inches)?; or would it stop rotating quickly because of the resistance to rotation imparted by the tissue on the (now wider/ greater diameter) rotating mass? </p><p></p><p>Question answered/ myth busted?</p></blockquote><p></p>
