Given today's environment would 50 cents a round be gouging or a deal?
If it's ball, that's probably not a bad price in today's market. If it's high-speed low-drag defensive ammo, that seems like a steal. The last time I saw it in stock on a manufacturer's Web site, it was running around a buck a round.

FWIW, Federal shows 9mm 115gr Hydra-Shoks in stock for $1.35/round and 9mm 150gr target ammo for $0.46/round, but they're both quantity limited.

These are the two rounds I am wondering about.
Bone Frog has/have/had the Gold Dot for 60ish a box of 50. Wilshire around the same if you're LEO/1st Responder. Buck buck 50 a round is about the going rate on GD.

I walked into C.O.P.S about 2 months ago when he was opening a case of 124 Plus P GD (Not the G2) and walked out with a box for around 50 ish. It's not my preferred carry load, but my 509T comp'd eats it up and spits out ragged holes @25 yards.

God I wish this stuff would hit 19 a box someday like it was Pre-COfucceryVID

Both are beyond a steal at .50 a round in today's market. Heck the gold dot is a steal at $1.00 a round. The s&B would be a steal at .70-75 imo. If you sell at .50 a round most likely someone will be buying and resealing at that price I hate to say it.
