Supposedly a "domestic situation."
Suspect still at large.
Police quoted as saying “While a suspect is still at large it appears this is a domestic situation that is isolated and there is no risk to the general public.”
“Domestic situation” doesn’t really constitute an “active shooter” in my opinion. Not saying it couldn’t become one, but it doesn’t sound like this one is headed that way.
For every one of these stories plastered all over national or even international news, there are probably five about good guys or gals that put a stop to some sort of ne'er-do-wellism. I haven't had a television in more than a decade and I can't say I miss it much.
The live broadcast i heard the police spokeperson plainly said it wasnt considered a active shooter situation since the shooter had left the scene but whereabouts is unknown but they do suggest to the public to be lock in place, just as a precaution.
Former cop and his profile doesn't fit the agenda. This will die off quick
“Domestic Situation” = “Active Shooter” when the liberal media is helping to push gun control.
Suspect is identified as an ex LEO detective currently under investigation for raping a minor.
Austin police identify former sheriff's detective accused of rape as suspect behind massacre
FBI stats do not classify domestic public shootings as "active shooter" events, just as domestic.
Apparently this link did not properly identify the shooter. He was a Deputy vs a Detective as earlier reported. Gave up without a struggle.
